Sentinel Security Notice

Your IP, browser, and login activity are recorded by Sentinel to protect this dashboard. Password logins may be compared against known Discord sessions.

Sentinel is the security system built into the Server Utilities dashboard. It runs underneath every login, role change, and configuration action.

What it records: IP addresses, browser/device info, login method, outcomes, and role changes. All events are stored in a tamper-evident audit chain.

Identity correlation: Discord logins create an identity observation. If the password is later used, Sentinel checks whether that session looks like a known staff member or an unknown actor. This is a signal — not proof of identity.

Role monitoring: Sentinel watches all role assignments. Unauthorized self-assignments are removed automatically and logged. Staff receive a DM whenever their roles change.

Who sees the data: Only Network Administrators have access to the Sentinel Security Center and its logs.
